Trigger Toolkit not running on MAC Catalina (10.15.5)

Hello,

I have update macOS Catalina (10.15.5) and python 3.7

I am trying to run Trigger Toolkit with the command line however I am getting the following error,

Mac-mini:~ admin$ cd ~/Library/Trigger\ Toolkit
Mac-mini:Trigger Toolkit admin$ python ./run_trigger_toolkit.py

File “./run_trigger_toolkit.py”, line 137
print “Unhandled exception in Trigger Toolkit: %s” % e
^
SyntaxError: Missing parentheses in call to ‘print’. Did you mean print(“Unhandled exception in Trigger Toolkit: %s” % e)?

I tried to run Trigger toolkit using Python 2.7 earlier, but then I am getting the error of “Python Quit unexpectedly” with error Killed 9 on terminal.

Let me know what is wrong please?

Thank you

The Toolkit is a python 2 application. You cannot use python 3 to run python 2 code.

Also, please note that the toolkit is no longer supported software.

Please use the command line tools in future if you require support.

Hi Antoinevg,

Thanks for your reply.

Yes, we are using the command line to run Trigger.
When running the command with Python 2.7, we are getting the following error,
“Python Quit unexpectedly” with error Killed 9 on the terminal.

Can you please help us to resolve this issue?

Thank you

The toolkit is no longer supported software.

Please use the command line tools in future if you require support:

Why do you mention everywhere on your site and documentation to install the Trigger Toolkit ??
